This class focuses on accountability in a fun, team-style workout. Bodyweight movements, barbells, kettlebells, sprints, bands, jumping and rowing are combined in a high-intensity strength and conditioning workout. This class resembles our weekly programming methods in a team-oriented atmosphere.
