Utilizing his experience as a former professional soccer athlete and his B.S. in Exercise Science with a concentration in Sports Performance from Madeira-Portugal, he decided it was time to bring a whole new training philosophy back home.

Applying functional training into youth, adult, and athlete training programs is an essential part of reaching the results you are looking for no matter the circumstances.

Certified Pilates Instructor through Stott Pilates. Tiffany specializes in Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, and Cadillac Reformer Pilates.

Tiffany focuses on helping her clients gain knowledge of the five basic principles to promote Pilates as a progressive and lifelong form of exercise. She loves how pilates teaches body awareness and proper alignment as a way to bring strength and functionality to everyday movements.

TRAINER, S&C COACH

Sara is the newest addition to the team as a personal trainer. In addition to personal training, she is an integrative health and nutrition coach.

While she mostly utilizes kettlebells in her training, she incorporates other lifts and modalities in her training with a focus on functional strength, including but not limited to trap bars, barbells, plyo boxes and resistance bands. She prefers minimal equipment and open space, and loves to train speed and conditioning with athletes of all ages.
